Welcome to Slay Sleep. By placing an order through our website, Instagram, WhatsApp, or any other official sales channel, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Orders & Customisation

* Slay Sleep specialises in sleepwear and loungewear, including made-to-order and customised pieces.
* Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements, personalisation details, names, initials, colours, sizes, and other specifications at the time of placing an order.
* Once an order has been confirmed and production has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
* Customised and made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return or exchange except in cases covered under our Return & Refund Policy.

2. Product Information

* We make every effort to display colours, fabrics, embellishments, and product details as accurately as possible.
* Slight variations in colour, texture, embroidery, embellishments, or placement may occur due to the handmade/customised nature of certain products and differences in screens and photography.
* Minor variations will not be considered manufacturing defects.

3. Pricing & Payment

* All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).
* Full payment may be required before production begins for customised or made-to-order products.
* Slay Sleep reserves the right to update product prices, offers, or promotions at any time. Confirmed orders will not be affected by subsequent price changes.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are dispatched from New Delhi, India.
    * Orders are generally dispatched within 5–7 working days, unless a different timeline is communicated at the time of purchase.
    * Customised or made-to-order products may require additional processing time depending on the level of customisation.
    * Delivery timelines may vary depending on the customer’s location, courier availability, holidays, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
    * Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delays caused by the courier service are outside Slay Sleep’s direct control.
